Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum was appointed by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to serve as Minister for Education.He holds a Master’s degree in Education Management from the University of La Verne, California and a PhD in Educational Policy, Planning and Administration from the University of Southern California
Dr. Adutwum is passionate about Education. Education is what has brought him this far and afforded him all the opportunities he’s had. Born in the deprived town of Jachie his only lifeline was Education. He dreams of a Ghana where every child regardless of their background, whether poor or privileged will be afforded equal opportunity.

Hon. John Ntim Fordjour is the Deputy Education Minister of the Republic of Ghana.Ntim Fordjour has a Master of Arts Degree (MA) in Economic Policy Management from University of Ghana, Legon and Postgraduate Certificate in Governance and Anti-Corruption Methods from Georgetown University, Washington D.C. with a multifaceted academic background in Mineral Engineering, Economic Policy Management and Foreign Policy

A Doctoral research student in Leadership at the Swiss Business School, with Masters in Computer Science and also in Business Administration, both from the University of Phoenix in Arizona.
Nana Gyamfi Adwabour also has a Bachelor of laws (LLB) from the University of Professional Studies Accra (UPSA) and a Bachelor of Arts in Publishing from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST)
He has Comp+ Certificates in programming, coding, and networking from ITT Tech in Houston, and Communications from Huawei University in China.
Prior to his accession to lead the Centre of National Distance Learning and Open Schooling (CENDLOS), he led many ICT initiatives in Ghana with the State National Security among others.
He is now the Executive Director of CENDLOS, and on many Distance Education and Editorial Boards in most Public Universities including the University of Ghana, the University of Cape Coast, and the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
His overarching goal is to make sure his agency (CENDLOS) leverages cutting-edge ICT solutions to improve quality, access, and equity in education.

Dr. Mary Ashun joined the Ghana International School in 2014 and is currently in her 8th year of leading the school to transform how it teaches, learns, collaborates and grows.Mary holds a BSc from Univ. of East London (UK), a B.Ed. from University of Toronto, a Ph.D from SUNY Buffalo, NY and is a Klingenstein Fellow of The School of Education, Columbia University in New York.

Mr. Abdourahamane Diallo has been with UNESCO since 1994 as a consultant in the field of international business. He comes to the UNESCO Accra Office with vast experience in leadership positions, having previously, served as the Head of Office and Representative of UNESCO in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and Brazzaville in the Republic of Congo.

Mr. Khogali brings 28 years of international experience in both humanitarian response and development contexts, including with UNICEF and the Government of the Netherlands. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from MS University of Baroda, India, and a Bachelor degree in Arts, University of Udaipur, India, and has significant experience in programme design and management, fundraising and partnership building with local authorities, UN agencies, NGOs, and the donor community.
Mr. Khogali is currently the UNICEF Representative in Ghana. Prior to joining the Ghana country Office, Mr. Khogali held the posts of UNICEF Representative in Tajikistan (2020-2023), Montenegro (2017-2020) and Oman Country Offices (2013 to 2017); Deputy Representative for UNICEF Iraq (2009 to 2013); Regional Emergency Specialist for UNICEF Middle East and North Africa Regional Office (2006 to 2009); and Principal Emergency Coordinator for UNICEF Pakistan (2005 to 2006), beside other positions within Pakistan Country Office (2001 to 2005).

Dr Eric Nkansah is the Director-General of the Ghana Education Service (GES). Over the years, he has worked as a subject teacher (both at Junior and Senior High Schools), banker, lecturer, and policy maker.
Between the years 2000 and 2006, he taught at Christian Education Complex Junior High School and Kintampo Senior High School both at Kintampo.
He holds a PhD in Financial Economics from the University of Zululand, South Africa, a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from KNUST Business School, Ghana, and B. A (Hons) Economics from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana. He has attended many educational conferences (both local and international), including conferences organized by the United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO). Dr Eric Nkansah is passionate about educating and developing people and believes that educating the population is the fastest way to transform our country.

Professor Mark Adom-Asamoah is the Provost of the College of Engineering at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi and a Professor in the Department of Civil Engineering. He is a past Dean of the Faculty of Civil and Geo-Engineering; Head of the Department of Petroleum Engineering; and the Sectional Head of Structural Engineering. In his 27 year service with KNUST as a leading academic, Professor Adom-Asamoah has gained considerable experience in general education; international relations and outreach services delivery; and vast institutional management experience; research management experience and boardroom experience.

Sarah Osei is an experienced Higher Education Management professional with expertise in Organizational Development, Operations, Quality Assurance, Performance and Project Management. She has worked severally in both profit and non-profit settings across Africa. Sarah is passionate about education; and an ardent advocate of professional conduct in leadership. She is currently the Country Lead for Instill Education – a South African EdTech Higher Education institution in Teacher Training and Teacher Professional Development.
